Reiki and massage have clinical recognition in managing pain as well as stress and anxiety.  Life coaching and Interactive Guided Imagery^TM are recognized for their ability to activate your "inner guidance" so you break out of old patterns and step into a life of your own design.

By continually updating my knowledge, I provide you with natural pain relief and have tools to help you connect you with your inner guidance.  My clients are those individuals who take an active part in creating and maintaining their health and come from Barnegat, Beachwood, Brick Town, Forked River, Lakewood, Lavallette, Howell, Ortley Beach, Pine Beach, Seaside Heights, Seaside Park and Toms River.  

The lifestyle changes I've implemented over the past 26 years while exploring holistic modalities have greatly improved my spiritual, mental and physical health, and I find myself much better equipped to manage the stressors of daily living including a diagnosis of Lyme’s Disease in 2018.   I hope to be able to assist you on your journey to living well by providing you with information and support so you can make informed decisions about the path that will best support you.
