A Bit about Me
My mid-life transition occurred in 1998 when I left a paralegal career of 16 years and decided to become a massage therapist. As a NJ licensed bodywork and massage therapist, a Reiki Master Teacher, Psychosynthesis Life Coach and the owner of Integrative Holistic Healing, LLC, I am continually expanding my knowledge base to include exploration of both the inner and outer world of self. I obtained an undergraduate Certification in Holistic Health from Georgian Court University and my research paper, Menopause – A Time for Reflection was published in the Journal for International Women’s Studies in 2013: https://vc.bridgew.edu/jiws/vol14/iss3/20/
I have written for New Jersey Holistic Magazine and have presented workshops for the Lakewood Community Education Programs, NJ Holistic Magazine, Georgian Court University Social Worker Alumni Club and Ocean County Women’s Council of Realtors. Through my writing and workshops, I encourage (re)connection with one’s inner knowing through self-care and an active spiritual life.

Depending on your desired outcome, 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions are available. Prices apply to all services provided. There are no extra charges or up-sells.
For bodywork, different modalities may be used in the session which are specific to your needs. Rates as well as a brief explanation of various techniques are provided below.
30 minute session: $40
60 minute session: $75
90 minute session: $110

Bodywork Services
Craniosacral Therapy: This gentle hands-on therapy accesses the body's self-healing ability, releasing restrictions while restoring the rhythm of the system. Effective for a wide range of dysfunctions including CNS disorders, headaches, neck and back problems as well as for stress related problems.
Polarity: Based on universal principals of energy (attraction, repulsion, neutrality), this healing art incorporates bodywork, movement and guidance to bring the body/mind/spirit into a state of energetic balance.
Advanced Restorative Reiki: Aids in utilizing the power of the mind to create a more peaceful state in the body where greater healing and relaxation can occur. Beneficial for stress reduction, chemotherapy, radiation, and surgical procedures.
Reiki: Reiki is "Universal Life Force Energy". This hands-on energy therapy can produce profound healing, peace and relaxation to the body/mind/spirit.
Reflexology: Reflexology is both relaxing and restorative. By applying finger pressure specific points, the autonomic nervous system responds by releasing tension and helping restore the body to balance.
Swedish Massage: Employing the use of long gliding strokes (effleurage) and kneading strokes (petrissage), Swedish provides a generally relaxing yet therapeutic massage.
New Clients, Cancelation, Sickness
and Late Arrival Policies
New Clients & Cancellation Policy: 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This policy allows others the opportunity to schedule an appointment. If you don't provide 24 hour notice to reschedule or are a "no show", there is a $35 "no show" fee. If a gift certificate is being used for the appointment, it will be reduced 50% in redemption value.
Sickness: Please reschedule your appointment when feeling under the weather to protect us both as well as my other clients. You may be asked to provide a doctor's note via e-mail or at your next appointment to avoid being charged the cancelation fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the fee for the session you booked.
Integrative Holistic Healing, LLC and Eve Sicurella, LBMT do not intend to diagnose, treat or prescribe in connection with physical/mental conditions. Please consult your health care practitioner in this regard.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and redeemable at the value paid for them. Specials rotate and gift certificates can not be used in conjunction with special rate offers unless otherwise specified.
Sales tax at the rate of 6.625% is payable on all services (at the time performed) unless a prescription from a physician has been obtained. The following are acceptable sources from whom a prescription may be obtained: licensed medical doctor (M.D.), osteopath (O.D.), chiropractor, podiatrist (D.P.M.), psychologist with a doctorate in psychology, or dentist. This direction must be in writing, and must contain the following: name of patient; name and signature of referring medical doctor, osteopath, chiropractor, podiatrist, psychologist, or dentist; purpose of the referral and description of conditions or needs to be addressed by the massage, bodywork, or somatic therapy.
