Depending on your desired outcome, 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions are available. The 60 or 90 minute session will allow for deep relaxation and even pain relief. Thirty minute sessions are just right for in-depth work of a specific issue (neck pain, sciatica, etc.)
Please communicate your needs/preferences (i.e., room temperature, music or pressure adjustment) in order to receive the best benefits from your session. Many people have never gone for a second massage because the first one didn't meet their expectations. Relaying your preferences will certainly provide the benefits you are looking for!
Different modalities are used in the session, and are specific to your needs. Do not be surprised if you experience relief of pain, become relaxed or experience a sense of inner balance! Rates as well as a brief explanation of various techniques are provided below.
30 minute session: $35
60 minute session: $70
90 minute session: $100

Craniosacral Therapy: When membranes that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord become restricted, this inhibits the flow of cerebro-spinal fluid. This gentle hands-on therapy accesses the body's self-healing ability, releasing restrictions while restoring the rhythm of the system. Effective for a wide range of dysfunctions including CNS disorders, headaches, neck and back problems as well as for stress related problems.
Polarity: Based on universal principals of energy (attraction, repulsion, neutrality), this healing art incorporates bodywork, movement and guidance to bring the body/mind/spirit into a state of energetic balance.
Advanced Restorative Reiki: Aids in utilizing the power of the mind to create a more peaceful state in the body where greater healing and relaxation can occur. Beneficial for stress reduction, chemotherapy, radiation, and surgical procedures.
Reiki: Reiki is "Universal Life Force Energy". This hands-on energy therapy can produce profound healing, peace and relaxation to the body/mind/spirit.
Reflexology: Reflexology is both relaxing and restorative. By applying finger pressure specific points, the autonomic nervous system responds by releasing tension and helping restore the body to balance.
Swedish Massage: Employing the use of long gliding strokes (effleurage) and kneading strokes (petrissage), Swedish provides a generally relaxing yet therapeutic massage.
